The Bedford range is the realisation of a Stafford Bridge Doorsí plan to provide a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose solution for low performance, lock-up-and-leave situations. Economic upgrades in performance provide for various levels of safety and security. Doors, frames and complete doorsets from the Bedford range are:

• Available with 30- and 60-minute fire resistance
• Available with enhanced strength and security
• Applicable to panic/emergency requirements (see below)

• Bedford range options are available fitted with BS EN 1125:1997 (panic exit) and BS EN 179:1998 (emergency exit) devices.

Appropriate Bedford range options are available to provide solutions for the requirements expressed within Approved Documents B:2000 and M:2004* of the Building Regulations (England and Wales):1990, in-line with BS 8300:2001 Code of Practice (Design of Buildings) and DDA:1995.
